Hi Aaron,

I finally figured out the saying!
I got my hands on a 720p version of episode 1 of season 3, where you can see the bottom part of the greatness poster (text only) and made a screenshot. I started fiddeling about in Photoshop for a few hours and got a fairly good idea about the composition of the words (size, placement etc.) I could even read some words like “The difference” as the first words and “and” and “is” halfway.
Then I just started googeling for sayings on greatness etc. containing these words and I came across a saying by Jimmy Johnson: “The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra”.
It fits perfectly. I attached an image of the photoshopped part of the greatness poster with the saying typed below, so you can judge for yourself..

I hope this helps in creating the Greatness poster!
